Shipping Orders

We offers FREE shipping on orders over CA$75 or charge a flat CA$12.95 for orders to Canada and the United States. All our products are shipped out of our Waterloo, Ontario, Canada location. We will ship orders out the same day if the orders are placed before 1:00 PM EST, otherwise it will be shipped the next business day. An order update email with the tracking number will be sent once the shipping the label is printed and will not become active until is it pickup. 

We ship with Canada Post Expedited for Canada.  Please note we may ship with Canada Post letter mail for smaller and individual diapers which does not provide tracking.

For Ontario, orders are delivered in 1 to 3 business days. 
For the rest of Canada, orders are delivered in 2 to 8 business days. 

We only ship within Canada.
